Redmi Note Nine Pro, first MIUI device listed on the Android Enterprise

Google launched the Android Enterprise Recommended two years ago. The purpose was to help businesses choose the right phone.

Since the announcement of the event, the company has added dozens of smartphones to the list. Generally, this award is given to smartphones with good software and acceptable hardware.

Just a few days ago, the company had just put the public One Plus Eight on the list. Now the Redmi Note Nine Pro has also been added.

At the same time, the Redmi Note Nine Pro has become the first MIUI smartphone to make it to the list. However, this is not the first phone from Xiaomi to make the list. Xiaomi MI A2, MI A2 Lite and MI A3 have already secured their place in the Android Enterprise program. Do you know what these phones have in common?

All these are running on Android One. Mentioning on this list is not a matter of pride for the company. After this, these phones do not have the company’s MIUI software. The arrival of the Redmi Note Nine Pro on this list means that other devices with MIUI will be added to the Android Enterprise Recommendation gang in the near future.

To be included, devices need support for Zero Touch enrollment, the availability of an unlock model, and an Android security update that Google has made public for a minimum period of three years, which must be delivered within at least 90 days.

MIUI is an Android-based operating system developed by Chinese electronics maker Xiaomi for smartphones and tablets and computers. It’s like a thorn in the side of the Android operating system. It has many features like various theme support.

OnePlus 9 Series Announcement Teased for March 8, Launch Date Likely to Be Revealed

Published

on

The OnePlus “Moonshot” webpage doesn’t give away much. On a stark black background, it shows a photo of the Earth, with the message, “Something new is on the horizon. Stay tuned, March 8.” You can enter your email address and subscribe for notifications. Once you enter an email ID and subscribe, however, OnePlus doesn’t send any mail with information or teasers on the upcoming smartphone series – Gadgets 360 could verify independently. A fine-print disclaimer at the bottom of the page reads, “Subscribe to receive news, promotions, and recommendations about OnePlus products and services from OnePlus, its agencies and partners.”

Apart from these, there’s no mention of the upcoming OnePlus 9 series or OnePlus Watch that is expected to launch alongside later this month. So, it can be speculated that on March 8, the company will announce the launch date for the upcoming lineup of smartphones. On the other hand, previous leaks suggested that the OnePlus 9 series could launch on March 23, or mid-March at the earliest. Hence, it could also be assumed that the company could announce the actual launch date on March 8. The company has remained tight-lipped on its social media channels as well.

Artificial Intelligence(AI)

Published

on

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a wide-ranging branch of computer science concerned with building smart machines capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence. AI is an interdisciplinary science with multiple approaches, but advancements in machine learning and deep learning are creating a paradigm shift in virtually every sector of the tech industry.  “AI is a computer system able to perform tasks that ordinarily require human intelligence. Many of these artificial intelligence systems are powered by machine learning, some of them are powered by deep learning and some of them are powered by very boring things like rules.”

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EXAMPLES

  • Smart assistants (like Siri and Alexa)
  • Disease mapping and prediction tools
  • Manufacturing and drone robots
  • Optimized, personalized healthcare treatment recommendations
  • Conversational bots for marketing and customer service
  • Robo-advisors for stock trading
  • Spam filters on email
  • Social media monitoring tools for dangerous content or false news
  • Song or TV show recommendations from Spotify and Netflix

Artificial intelligence generally falls under two broad categories:

1.Narrow Artificial Intelligence:-

Narrow AI is all around us and is easily the most successful realization of artificial intelligence to date. With its focus on performing specific tasks, Narrow AI has experienced numerous breakthroughs in the last decade that have had “significant societal benefits and have contributed to the economic vitality of the nation,” according to “Preparing for the Future of Artificial Intelligence,” a 2016 report released by the Obama Administration.

A few examples of Narrow AI include:

  • Google search
  • Image recognition software
  • Siri, Alexa and other personal assistants
  • Self-driving cars
  • IBM’s Watson

2.Artificial General Intelligence:-

The creation of a machine with human-level intelligence that can be applied to any task is the Holy Grail for many AI researchers, but the quest for AGI has been fraught with difficulty. AGI has long been the muse of dystopian science fiction, in which super-intelligent robots overrun humanity, but experts agree it’s not something we need to worry about anytime.

The virtual digital assistants have changed the way w do our daily tasks. Alexa and Siri have become like real humans we interact with each day for our every small and big need. The natural language abilities and the ability to learn themselves without human interference are the reasons they are developing so fast and becoming just like humans in their interaction only more intelligent and faster. AI makes every process better, faster, and more accurate. It has some very crucial applications too such as identifying and predicting fraudulent transactions, faster and accurate credit scoring, and automating manually intense data management practices. Artificial Intelligence improves the existing process across industries and applications and also helps in developing new solutions to problems that are overwhelming to deal with manually.
