The online class increased the time spent on the screen, worrying about mental and physical problems

School campuses have been closed for the past six months due to coronavirus infection. Thus, all children and students are being educated online.

But a survey found that 79 percent of children are studying online from a smartphone. Only 21 percent use laptops and computers for online classes.

About 60 percent of children spend up to four hours studying online. For this, applications like Zoom, Meet, Teams are being used the most.

Psychiatrists have warned that spending too much time online can lead to behavioral problems in children. The fact that this study was conducted on 10,000 students from about 400 cities in India is similar to that of neighboring Nepal.

According to Vidyasarthi’s research, about one third of the children are studying in the online system created in their school. It has been described as better than other existing security options.

As the use of the online classroom grows, so do the problems it causes. According to the survey, 31 percent of students have a problem of not being able to focus during online classes.

Twelve percent of the children said that they could not tell their teacher about the harassment in the online class. Due to which, the solution of their problem is not coming a.

Mental and physical problems as time goes on online

As online is a new system, there is no alternative to adopting it. However, psychiatrists have expressed concern that spending too much time online can cause mental health problems in children.

Staying online for more than three hours a day can affect their interactions with real life. This way they can get lost in the virtual world. Their confidence in normal life begins to wane.

They will often feel empty and will look for solutions to their problems in the virtual world instead of their parents or friends. Being online for a long time reduces physical activity.

Having to stay in the same place for a long time due to online can increase the problem of back pain and also reduce sleep. Psychiatrists have warned that this could lead to increased irritability.

When sports time is reduced, they will not be able to develop social behavior and they may lose themselves. To avoid this kind of harassment, psychiatrists advise your children not to have online classes for more than three hours a day and five days a week.

Homework time for children should not be more than four hours a week. If children are taking three to four hours of online classes, other members of the household should focus on reducing the screen time of TV, computer, mobile, etc.

It is necessary to use the blue filter while reading. During this time the mobile or laptop has to be kept in the right position. Which will help to do even the body’s problem. It is important to take a break after every 40 minutes.

Online classes are now operating as an alternative. But it will not be able to complete the lessons that can be done from the general class.

Online classes are difficult to teach children to solve problems. Online classes will not be able to cover topics such as sitting in a classroom, having a straightforward logical debate on a subject, and learning to deal with your classmates.

And that is the end of the topic: The online class increased the time spent on the screen, worrying about mental and physical problems

Besides that, the game was also listed on the Google Play Store for pre-registration, while the pre-order for the Apple App Store will be opening soon. However, now it looks like the game isn’t going to come back anytime soon. The social media post about the announcement read, “Coming in 2021, PUBG: NEW STATE features the most realistic battle royale experience you will find on mobile.
